With regard to rewards, I've had a challenging time actually *losing* weight despite putting in the time/energy with working out and meeting nutritional/caloric guideliness. My levels are out of balance and until that happens (a long process involving several doctors trying to sort correct med dosages), it seems nigh impossible to move the scale. So I've just been rewarding myself along the way for the effort, despite the outcome.
I too have recieved some rewards from my body. While I may not be lighter, I am definitely stronger and in much better physical condition. I'm sleeping better, have more energy and actually look forward to moving my body.
Material rewards I tend to give myself are:
Workout gear (usually clothes or shoes, but I have my eye on a new heart rate monitor) New clothes (usually a dress or top that makes me feel pretty) Artisan Tea (i love tea, and getting a special, hand-crafted variety is always a treat - I particularly like the Fandom Signature Blends from Adagio - nourishing both my body and my inner geek)
I am not one who typically uses goal/rewards BUT I did promise myself that for reaching my 100 pound loss, I would have an hour massage - I won a half hour massage and if I don't win the OTHER half hour, then promised myself that I would buy it. My REAL REWARDS have been the reduction in PAIN, the increased mobility, the elimination of medications, etc. - I KNOW that "nothing tastes as good as losing weight feels", LITERALLY FEELS - NO PAIN PILLS NEEDED, no insulin needed, no BP meds, no cholesterol meds, no asthma meds, no meds for GERD, no IBS meds - THAT is what 100 pounds has given me as rewards.

I know many people on spark talk about weight loss or goal rewards. Such as for every 5-10 pound loss, they buy themselves something nice to keep them motivated and on the right track. Feel free to share a list of your own, or any ideas you have for rewards in reaching mini goals. I look at mine from time to time for inspiration. Here is a few from my list:
220 -tiara (100 pounds lost) 210 -Spa day 200 -manicure 190 -perfume 180 -toe rings 170 -fit bit
