I am staying with the program and have frozen some too. I went to lunch yesterday and planned for what I could eat. Restaurants are for the most part very cooperative. We are going to get greats results people!!!

I have LOTS of the Fridgesmart containers for fruits and veggies. They are a huge help. Some I got directly from Tupperware; some from Ebay. A little pricey, but well worth it. They keep fruits and veggies fresh for anywhere between 3 days to a week longer than storing them other ways.

That is a good idea about freezing, I love these recipes but do not think I could eat them 4-6 days in a row (It is just me).

I am having a tupperware party, in addition to the fruit and vegetable storage containers I will also get the Freezer mates to portion everything out.

Congratulations! it sounds like you are planning ahead by freezing the food. I have done the same and it makes life easier.
Is important to do your nutrition tracker to get accurate results in your reports. The reports were a eye opener experience for me at the beginning.

Love spark solution. I have followed the menus from day 1. The recipies are easy and so good.Have not tracked everything since it is all done for you. I am freezing the extra portions for days when it is busy and I do not feel like cooking.
