Hi all, I was stumbling around the internet and I came across this very cool site called, "Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans". Aside from loving their name, I also thought it was pretty neat that they have month to month exercise calendars that you can print for free. They focus on a different body area/part every month. Thought it was neat and wanted to share!
