I didn't exercise last night emoticon ! I was sooooo tired! But tonight, it's on and popping! I'm going to work out for an hour to make up!

I think I am going to cancel my membership to the gym because I don't use it and stick to my at home workouts ... I have free access to a gym at work. I have Zumba and love that at home plus a bunch of other workouts. Tomorrow depending on how I feel I will pick a video that I like and do that in the morning to get my day started off right.

I got 30 minutes of Zumba in last night and plan on doing it again tonight!

Tip to reduce weight: First turn your head to the right and then turn it to the left. Repeat this exercise every time you are offered something to eat.

This exercise challenge will officially start on Monday, June 13 - June 19. This challenge is in addition to whatever routine you are already doing, and that's what makes it a challenge..LOL!! So if you are already doing this as a part of your exercise routine, then you have to increase it. For example, If I say that this weeks challenge is to do 100 crunches every night before bedtime and you already do that, then you will be doing 200, get it? So below is this weeks challenge!!

Challenge:

Do a 30 minute aerobic dvd or attend a class this entire week!!

Let us know what you did and the name of the dvd and how many minutes you completed each day of this challenge! I'm excited about this challenge and so glad to be back!
