This exercise challenge will officially start on Monday, June 13 - June 19. This challenge is in addition to whatever routine you are already doing, and that's what makes it a challenge..LOL!! So if you are already doing this as a part of your exercise routine, then you have to increase it. For example, If I say that this weeks challenge is to do 100 crunches every night before bedtime and you already do that, then you will be doing 200, get it? So below is this weeks challenge!!
Do a 30 minute aerobic dvd or attend a class this entire week!!
