After a LONG break from weekly challenges, I'm feeling froggy again and hope that you'll decide to join me in some good old fashioned healthy fun ;-)

This week, let's try to do SEVEN Coach Nicole fitness videos from the SP library!

Today, how about her 10 min hips and thighs pilates video. It's no joke, and I've picked up some great moves from it that I like to incorporate into my nightly floor exercises and I can REALLY tell a difference in my hips!
