Good morning,

I applaud those who participated in the fitness points challenge. GOOD JOB!!!

Last week was an "off" week for me. This week, I'm trying my best to be back in the swing of things.

Have a healthy week!

Hmm, I'm not sure how many points I get for the elliptical. I've been doing that most every day for the past week. Today I just took 2 walks with my toddler(in the stroller) and did a little bit of yard work. Great job ,Mel, on racking up those points girl!

I didn't read this challenge until this morning. I missed yesterday!

I'll give this a try.

I can see how that would be confusing, i didn't write it right! I'll edit that! My goal was 10 per day, yesterday I got 14 points. Maybe I should up it a bit for more of a challenge...I don't want to go all crazy (hehe) so my goal is 12 fitness points per day!

Go ahead, rack up the fitness spark points! You will need to decide for yourself how many spark points are a challenge. You earn fitness spark points by tracking your cardio minutes and also reps of strength training. You earn 1pt per 5 minutes of cardio and 1 pt per 2 sets of a strength exercise. This is tracked on your "my Fitness" tab.

My personal goal for this week is going to be 10 fitness points per day. 30 minutes of cardio equals 6 points, I will then need to do 2 sets of 4 kinds of strength exercises. I think I'll do crunches, wall push-ups, squats and then find a yoga pose.

Don't forget about our past challenge healthy habits! You should be drinking your H20 and logging those calories!

Ready....Set....EXERCISE!!!
