Go ahead, rack up the fitness spark points! You will need to decide for yourself how many spark points are a challenge. You earn fitness spark points by tracking your cardio minutes and also reps of strength training. You earn 1pt per 5 minutes of cardio and 1 pt per 2 sets of a strength exercise. This is tracked on your "my Fitness" tab.
My personal goal for this week is going to be 10 fitness points per day. 30 minutes of cardio equals 6 points, I will then need to do 2 sets of 4 kinds of strength exercises. I think I'll do crunches, wall push-ups, squats and then find a yoga pose.
Don't forget about our past challenge healthy habits! You should be drinking your H20 and logging those calories!
