I talked to my doc today. He wants me to take 120mg of Armour. He wants me to take 2-60mg tablets when I wake up in the morning. I asked him about multi-dosing through the day. He told me to try taking them both in the morning for awhile and see how I do. He said beause I already take so many other supplements throughout the day it would be easier for me take them in the morning. He said that if I start having any hyper symptoms then he would want me to try multi-dosing. He said he has patients that take their pills both ways so it just depends what works for you. I'm going to try it so we'll see what happens :) Shelly
I'm taking my 3 times a day. One grain at 5am when I get up, one grain at around 10-11, and the last half grain at about 3. At my next doc visit I plan on telling him I'd like to roll the last half grain in with one of the other doses.
Hi Shelly, I take my 1/2 dose of Armour around 5-6am and then again around 1-2pm. I like to take it early in the day otherwise I can't sleep well at night. I will be tested in about two weeks and let you know how the sublingual dose is affecting me. I feel better with it that way. No more tiredness.
Take first one when I get up (verys on time. I don't work) and the second around 3. I have forgotten the afternoon dose and have taken it before bed and didn't have a problem. Last week was really bad with the afternoon dose.

I have a question for those of you who spilt your Armour into 2 times a day...If you take your first dose upon waking (for me around 6am), when should you take your 2nd dose for optimal benefits? I am starting to wonder if the reason I had problems with the 2 grains was because I was taking 2-1grain tablets at the same time when I woke. I'm thinking if I take them in 2 doses it might help keep the T3 more level in my system. Thanks! Shelly
