Thanks or the link. I currently excersize every day. I use the EFX machine because there is no impact on my knees and ankles. I also do planks an sit ups and some arm work with light weights. I find that I am remaining at the same weight and sometimes still gaining weight. While I do not eat perfectly I do eat mostly well on most days. This is so very frustrating for me. It makes me depressed. I hate the way that I look and really try my best. I currently take 112 levoxyl, vitamin B12 and Omega 3.
My 24 yr old daughter went to the eye doctor(optician) last week and he told her she had "bug eyes" - his very words - that were indicative of Graves Disease. She has an appt coming up within the next couple of weeks with a new GP for back pain and will be taking a laundry list of items for thyroid with her. I hope this doctor is a good one!
