It will be an ebook fairly soon from what the author said then we are free to go through the book online at the moment I have to be careful and not go through the entire book here. When people have the book we can talk about each chapter and get feedback on them. So I am hoping that people will carry on with the book and chat about it here

I really wish they had this book as an ebook. Any chance that the publisher is willing to do that? It all sounds so interesting. If not, may have to purchase it sometime down the line. Thanks for posting. Diana emoticon

Sorry for the delay all sorts have been going on here here is the next Seed.

Seed 4 Being
As you work with the other three seeds you will be aware that you are gently moving into a new state of Being. This acts like an invitation and moves you closer to your true self and your potential. From Being you can see what you have created gain insights and see what you want to create.

You will discover what needs attention, observe all that life holds from the joy to disappointment and more. You will learn how to unscathed but not untouched by events
From Being all is revealed, you come to understand how the outer form changes but your essence remains the same. You learn to let go of things that interferes with with your connection to your true essence. You can see what clouded your vision as Being opens opens the way leading you to who you truly are.

STILLNESS

As the feeling of irritation slowly dissolve you start to feel more relaxed even in times of intense work. Learning to maintain this is important to your well being and for any level of healing.
As you move deeper within yourself and settle down into a meditative state you become aware of the Stillness that is not disturbed by outer things.
Slowly this will infiltrate into every area of your life it may only be fleeting glimpses at first but with practice this will increase.
As Stillness becomes more a part of your life you will see things in a new way. Before each event, meeting or when you are going to faced with a stressful situation take a few minutes to quieten down and be in Stillness you don't have to do anything just pause to regain that feeling.

This takes practice as we live such hectic lives we move with the flow and get caught up in things. Taking time to be calm and still we come to place that allows us to tune into the world. It is empowering as we see more clearly and find that we do not have to rush and strain at things we become calmer and able to focus better.
This will allow us to tune into the healing power within us. It is not a tuning out but a tuning in.

Before I pack away the computer for a few days I am adding the next Seed

PEACE

Remember the Seed Harmony and the harmonious state it brings and sit quietly to connect with the second Seed Peace.
This time we are going to think about what it means but what Peace feels like within us. WE are going to go deep within ourselves and really feel the Peace. Don't let outside noises distract you I know that is easier said than done but it is possible. Visualise a really pale blue sky all around you and let this sink into every cell of your body. Let yourself become Peace. When you feel your mind wandering think of the word Peace and let it be your Mantra.
Do your best to maintain the feeling of Peace during the rest of the day and when you are being drawn into things that effect your Peace go back to your Mantra and regain the feeling of inner Peace.
Keep Peace in your thoughts for the next few days repeating the exercise of sitting for a few minutes to regain that inner Peace each day. You will learn a lot about yourself and what it means to you and how how your inner peace effects the world around you.

Today we live in a world full of chaos and turmoil, we are bombarded with not only our own problems but very often the worlds as well. Yet by working with the Seed Peace we can bring about a change we need to create Peace within ourselves to help create Peace in the world. Like the ripples in a pond when a stone is thrown into it the ripples spread outwards we will do the same with Peace it will spread out from within us to those around us and they in turn will pass this Peace on.
It may not be easy to maintain your Inner Peace but it is a starting point for something new.
So lets start something new today and become Peace makers.

Namaste

Paula harmony to means peace and getting along with all things and all people. the world is not a place of harmony at this time because everyone is worried about themselves instead of the world as a whole.
Harmony is a true peace inside of yourself and in your world. Harmony is finding your own truth and bringing it into your space. Not everyones elses truth is your own.
We all make this world what we see. If we see the good in people and don't judge then we are living in harmony. It is hard to do but we choose how harmonious are lives are by how we take the day. to see it as positive creates a harmononious feeling...but to see only the negative disrupts that feeling. We need to find a balance of living in this world, but also in the one we create.
I have trouble sometimes feeling that positive because of shifts in my awareness but I am meditating more in the light to feed that positive energy that creates harmony. I hope that makes sense to all of you because sometimes I have a hard time explaining things that I feel passionate about.

Ok I am making a start as I have my journal ready.
Harmony
What is harmony to me?
For me harmony is when things are working together in unison, a peaceful co-existence.
How is it manifested?
When people agree to work together and work toward a goal in cooperation.
In nature we see this all the time we just don't recognise it. Plants and animals all work in harmony with each other, yes they eat one another but that is part of the balance of life. A bee helps a flower this is working in harmony, a caterpillar eats leaves to grow and change into a butterfly again harmony.
The sound of water soothes the soul and relieves stress again harmony.
It is respecting others and nature and seeing things in new way that allows you see the harmony in all things.
We need to accept that others will not see things as we do and not get worked up over it that does not mean we are doormats just that we allow others to be different.
By becoming more harmonious or peaceful within yourself you will create that harmony and peace within your home and workplace and so out into the world.

Seeds of Transformation by Maggie Erotokritou
This book is wonderful and has 52 seeds or steps towards Enlightenment.
The seeds are simple yet very effective and a type of mantra and a tool of self growth that helps you look at life in a different way and how you see the world. It helps you to be more conscious of what you do and to see your strengths and weaknesses.
Each seed is worked on for a week and can be used within meditation to focus and contemplate upon and as a thought form during the day.

Why I thought this would be of interest?
We are all embarking in changing our lives by getting healthy. So it makes sense to be more conscious of ourselves and what is around us. In assisting to transform our own lives we also help to transfor things in a global way as we work together.

I contacted the author who is happy for me to share some of the book with you.
This is the email she sent back to me
Hi Paula,
Thank you for your email. The Seeds are there to be used and spread. You may use parts of the seeds or read and meditate together on them, but because of copyright from the publishers you cannot post all of it online. It will some time soon, be published as an e book for anyone to access.
Maggie

So if you are interested please join me in the journey to understanding yourself and in turn the world we live in.
We will be using the Seeds and meditation so a notebook or journal would be useful. That way you can record things and look back on them later on.
As I can only add some of the Seeds here if you want to carry on then you will need to obtain the book I have added links to Amazon where you can get the book at a reasonable price.

I am making notes in a journal so that when I complete the 52 Seeds I can do them all again as you will learn something new each time they are completed.

If you click onto one of the links you can look inside the book and you will find the first 3 Seeds for you to read and use. Remember each Seed takes 1 week to complete, I will add more Seeds after Week 3, I will not be able to use all of the book but if you like what is there and you buy one we can discuss it further.
