Let's play a "fitness" game. Here I how it goes, Do the challenge exercise posted before you and add a challenge exercise for the next person. You need to do your challenge exercise also (no challenging others to something you can't do).

Example the challenge is 30 squats. So "a" does 30 squats and 30 wall pushxups.
"B"does 30 wall push-ups and challenges 20 crunches. And so on.

How long can we keep it going?
