And the winner is....BONNIEMARGAY!

Congrats! It looks like there were only 3 of us that stuck it out and posted totals for each week. If I did the math right, CATHYGETSFIT came in second and me a very distant 3rd LOL.

But despite coming in last, I do think the challenge helped me stay on track.

I appreciate those of you that joined me in trying to make something of July!

Ok, I may be down but I am not out! Thanks to those loyal few of you that are hanging in with me on this challenge! And I'm sorry that I instigated it and then I've kind of dropped off the grid the last week or two. But I am back, and going to end the month STRONG! There's still an SP fitness DVD up for grabs for the winner (if you want to send me your mailing address...don't think I'll be winning this month's challenge after all, but it's still been great motivation!).

Daily fitness goals – 120 FitBit fitness minutes

Daily personal goals – drink 12 glasses of water daily, walk Peanut 2 miles daily

Daily points:
Fitness goal achieved = 100 points
Stayed in calorie range = 100 points
Commented on team member’s blog = 2 points each (max 10 points per day)
Wrote a blog = 5 points (max 5 points per day)

Weekly bonus: Met a personal goal EVERY day of the week = 10 points (max 20 points per week)

My daily fitness goals are a minimum of 30 minutes of some form of exercise. Walking on my days of non-planned formal exercising.

My personal daily goals is getting in at least 7 hours of sleep every night.

My daily fitness goal is half an hour on the exercise bike plus half an hour of walking the pup, an hour of dance, or an hour of yoga/Pilates.

My personal goals for July are more formal meditation, daily morning pages, and even more gentle stretching and massage than ever.
