I haven't been keeping up with the Team this week, but I am still in it to win it for this July challenge! I'm kind of guessing on the comment/goodie part, I haven't really been tracking that! And I'm giving myself credit today for calorie range and blog, because I know I'll stay in range today and I'm going to write a blog as soon as I finish posting here!

My daily fitness goals – 120 FitBit fitness minutes daily

My daily personal goals – take Peanut for a 2 mile walk, drink 12 cups of water

Daily points:
Fitness goal achieved = 100 points
Stayed in calorie range = 100 points
Commented on team member’s blog = 2 points each (max 10 points per day)
Wrote a blog = 5 points (max 5 points per day)

Weekly bonus: Met a personal goal EVERY day of the week = 10 points (max 20 points per week)

My daily fitness goal is half an hour on the exercise bike plus half an hour of walking the pup, an hour of dance, or an hour of yoga/Pilates.

My personal goals for July are more formal meditation, daily morning pages, and even more gentle stretching and massage than ever.
