Figured I'd better post a second set of stats for myself, and not use my original post, so it stays "blank" for any late comers to the challenge! Day one was a bust, but I knew it would be since I was traveling. Oh well, I still have 30 days to make July awesome!!!!

My goals for the month are to log at least 120 fitness minutes (it's linked to FitBit) daily. Drink 12 glasses of water daily. Walk dog at least 2 miles daily.

Fitness - 100 - my FitBit said only 118 min today, so I got up and ran up and down the stairs until I got over 120 min!!!! I wanted my 100 pts LOL.

My goals: At least 45 minute of fitness daily; calorie range = 1420-1770; try to interact with 5 members daily; blog daily; personal goal of 64 oz of water and 5 freggies daily.

Sorry, I am going to have to 'bow out' of the July challenge and take the Dr's orders and therapists .......... Have a nasty cervical neck and shoulder strain (still) and the computer use is aggravating it ......... So I will only do my personal goals .......... the exercise and budget my calories daily ............... Will just pop in for a min. here and there ................. Must obey or pay the price!! emoticon

My personal goals are:

1. join the eat to slim up challenge to eat healthy

2. stay in my calorie range

3. work out consistently for at least 10 minuets a day

4. begin my day with prayer before starting out

5. read my bible everyday

My daily fitness goal is half an hour on the exercise bike plus half an hour of walking the pup, an hour of dance, or an hour of yoga/Pilates.

My personal goals for July are daily formal meditation, morning pages, and even more gentle stretching and massage than ever.

July Together We Are Stronger Challenge

All right...here is the plan for the July Challenge...for which I will take full blame since I am in need of some SERIOUS motivation! I will donate a couple of SparkPeople DVDs to the winner, which of course I'm hoping will be myself :-). But if not then if the winner wants to let Kitty send me their real address, I'll gladly send the DVDs! Everyone who competes will need to shower the winner with rewards, virtual or otherwise! Winner is the person with the most accumulated points over the entire challenge month. Points are accumulated as follows (obviously we are working on the honor system...SP is all about personal accountability, right?):
