emoticon **12-Minute Low Impact Cardio Workout-- Reminds me of Leslie Sanson and my dance moves combined. Not a super challenging video.
emoticon **10-Minute Arm Toning Workout-- This is a beginner video. Very modified video.
emoticon **10-Minute Stretching Routine for Runners-- not really Pilates or yoga, but it is under the section for those categories..

I plan to do three more tomorrow :) THANKS for the new challenge

So, you've all been a member of SparkPeople for about 2 weeks. I hope it is going well and that you are getting comfortable with finding things on the site. Have you found and tried any of Coach Nicole's workout videos? This challenge is about doing some exercise using SparkPeople's videos. I challenge you to browse through the SparkPeople videos (do a video, not one of the "demos") and do at least 1 from each of these categories:

- cardio
- strength
- yoga / pilates

You may choose to do all 3 in one day or do one every other day, however they fit into your fitness routine. Post here to let us know when you are finished and what you enjoyed (or didn't enjoy) about the videos you selected, and I will award you with a team Spark Goodie.
