Hi Sally! That is so sad about what happened in Boston:( you are so right. It seems like everytime we turn on the Tv, we are bombarted with bad news and it has gotten to the point where we just do not turn the Tv on! I am so glad that you are getting your sugar regulated! Just moved my wii fit into my bedroom so that I can use it more. I had it in the den and my niece has been in there a lot, so I haven't been using it.

My weight today is 251. I have been on a down cycle emotionally and physically, especially since the Boston Bombing (I am very sensitive to events in the news). Hopefully I will get back to my improved exercise habits now!

I started at 308, and it has been years of ups and downs. I am eating very healthy and doing well with my blood sugar control so I know that the weight will continue to improve.
