Start 10/1/13 - Started at 150 lbs - 2% would be 3 lbs

10/8/13 - went down 1 lb
10/16/13 - went down 1 lb
10/22/13 - went down 1 lb

I did the 2% - I am down 3 lbs so far!

Today is 10/8/13 - I am now 149 lbs -- Need to lose 2 more lbs to meet my goal!

Yes, I'd like the challenge. Have been at 161 for a month now and need someone to hold me accountable toward reaching my 145-150 lb. goal. I will lose 2% or 3.2 lbs. by end of month!

10/28 - Lost another 1/2 lb for a total loss in October of 1 lb.

10/21 - Still stuck at 135.5. My scale is not cooperating.

10/14 - Still at 135.5

10/07 - Yay! Down 1/2 lb to 135.5

I'm in. Current Weight 136. 2% is 2.7 lbs.

Any that are interested. We are going to set a goal to lose 2% of our body weight in the month of October.

On Oct. 1st record your weight here and what your 2% goal is. An easy way to do that is multiply your current weight by 2 then move the decimal place two spots to the left. That's your goal!

So if you weigh 211 x 2 + 422 or 4.2 pounds is your goal.

To clarify an entry would look like this:

Margie 10/1 236
2% goal 4.7 lbs.

You can weigh in IN this TOPIC each week if you would like example:

Margie 10/1 236
2% goal 4.7 lbs
10/7 234.5

This is a great way to focus your journey and make progress. It's easier to tackle a SMALL achievable goal in a finite amount of time.
