Increase your fitness by 10%. If you are walking 1 mile walk 1 mile and a tenth. If you are walking on the treadmill at 2.5 mph then up it to 2.75 mph. If you are doing 10 sets of strength training then do 11.

We have to keep pushing to sustain momentum as we lose.
