The scale was not my buddy this morning. I've been studying my food tracker and I am high on fat and low on carbs. Will be tweaking that this week. Have an awesome day everyone!

I'm on another challenge with similar goals: to lose 1 lb./week until July 4th. So I can post my weight here as well. My official weigh-in day is Monday. Thanks for the challenge!

One of the key components to successful weight loss is TRACKING FOOD!

It doesn't matter if you use the sparkpeople tracker on the website, the sparkpeople app or a notebook with a pencil. It's just very important that if you bite it you write it! This includes samples at the grocery store, bites while cooking and those french fries you ate off your child's happy meal!

For the month of June try to track ALL your food.

In addition - work toward getting SOME exercise 5 days a week. A good minimum to shoot for is 20 minutes. You can easily break that into 2 ten minute sessions.

Let's make JUNE COUNT!
