One of the key components to successful weight loss is TRACKING FOOD!
It doesn't matter if you use the sparkpeople tracker on the website, the sparkpeople app or a notebook with a pencil. It's just very important that if you bite it you write it! This includes samples at the grocery store, bites while cooking and those french fries you ate off your child's happy meal!
For the month of June try to track ALL your food.
In addition - work toward getting SOME exercise 5 days a week. A good minimum to shoot for is 20 minutes. You can easily break that into 2 ten minute sessions.
