Hey guys, iv been using a few different apps on my phone all at once.
My fitness pal to input food & exercise, ifitness to calculate the distance I've walked and calories burned and the couch to 5k app... I've recently signed up to do the colour run here in Sydney and can't run for my life! This app helps keep training structured.
For people tracking their weight and fitness on SP, the fitness tracker does the same thing!
Go to "MY TRACKERS" in the upper left corner of the screen and click "my FITNESS"
There you can search for the type of activity you did and input the time you spent doing it. If you regularly track your weight, SP uses that data to calculate calorie burn.
I use the fitness tracker and it is always very close to the value that my heart rate monitor says I burned.
This is a kind of neat link. You can input your actual weight and times and hit calculate and it will give you the calorie burn for many activities and exercises!
