For people tracking their weight and fitness on SP, the fitness tracker does the same thing!
Go to "MY TRACKERS" in the upper left corner of the screen and click "my FITNESS"
There you can search for the type of activity you did and input the time you spent doing it. If you regularly track your weight, SP uses that data to calculate calorie burn.
I use the fitness tracker and it is always very close to the value that my heart rate monitor says I burned.
