Have you ever been tempted to indulge in a real treat and then felt guilty about it and had to do something to try and burn off those extra calories?
Well here are 10 great ways to burn off an extra 100 calories. And if you have really over indulged, you can combine different activities and burn off even more!!
* 10 mins of slow jogging.
* 30 mins of ironing.
* 27 mins of window cleaning.
* 13 mins of disco dancing.
* 16 mins of brisk walking.
* 14 mins of playing football with your children.
* 10 mins of walking up and down stairs.
* 20 mins of vacuming the home.
* 25 mins of washing and polishing the car.
* 15 mins of walking while carring heavy shopping.
**Remember to have the effect of burning off those extra calories, the activity needs to be in addition to what you would normally do.**
