My goal is to stay honest with myself. It is so easy to get caught up with justifying to ones self why something is alright, when deep down inside we are just lying to our self.
I wanted to also comment on the one who was talking about de-cluttering your home. It definitely is a weight off your shoulders when you do, and it gives you such a free feeling. You become more productive when you have a de-cluttered home. You can be more creative. And you don't have to spend money to do so.
When I de-cluttered, I had three piles, Keep, Give Away, and Throw Away. I found creative solutions on how to store things with containers I already had. And if I didn't have something, I made it.
Then the trick is to pick up after yourself all day long so things will not start to pile up again. It really does work, and it makes you feel wonderful. It clears the way to be able to lose that weight or extra inches you need to lose.
