lately, I have been using my crock pot more, soups and stews...freeze some for later

I can live off spinach omelets, just because I get lazy and don't want to cook. I need more quick meals. I eat a lot of salads and frozen veggies with sardines. I do walk 5 to 6 days a week.

Hi,

I overeat and stress eat - argh - and am learning to try and stay in my calorie range now. I have been on Spark for a while but never really used the food tracker but now I am trying to make it a habit....

I like to dance and walk for exercise but need to be more consistent because when something stressful is going on I put it on the backburner and I want to change that :)

What do you cook for dinner? Have you found a new recipe or a new tasty nutritious food? What sort of challenges do you have as far as staying on track with food? What is your relationship with food? Is it love ... love/hate ... or deep ambivalence?

What about exercise - does it make you feel better? do you get bored? Have you found a habit that works as far as keeping you from procrastinating? Have you found a great new song that inspires you to move?

These are the type of things I thought we could talk about here.
