What do you cook for dinner? Have you found a new recipe or a new tasty nutritious food? What sort of challenges do you have as far as staying on track with food? What is your relationship with food? Is it love ... love/hate ... or deep ambivalence?
What about exercise - does it make you feel better? do you get bored? Have you found a habit that works as far as keeping you from procrastinating? Have you found a great new song that inspires you to move?
These are the type of things I thought we could talk about here.
