Yal that is what I was thinking. Though last week, some lady had some sort of attack - complete with paramedics - but I heard at the next one that it was NOT her heart, and she should continue :)

Phase 3 is less active, so water aerobics at a fun pace sounds great.

That sounds great!

I have a water aerobics on Sunday. I find it fun and relaxing. (Maybe that means I am not working hard enough!) But I go with my sister and I am enjoying it!

I love Yoga. Today was my 3rd class. I do Yoga on Sunday, take dogs to park on Saturday and spend time in the spa. Fridays I either go to Pilates or nothing.

Friday Pilates. Yesterday I took my dogs to the dog park. It was destressing to play ball with them and have fun. Then I sat in the hot spa. Today I am going to my first Yoga class. I have been doing Pilates for over a year, but this is new.

That sounds awesome! My stress reducing exercise for this week.... well not much relaxation. Lots of yard work, which had to be done, and it is so that de-stressed me :) And loved the long soak afterwards. And got LOTS of sleep last night. I was beat.

I enjoyed my swim spa at 97 degrees. Did some stretching, Pilates type work in slow motion, then enjoyed the spa and its many jets for a great massage.

For my first week, we have a steam shower. Have had it for 3 years, and I have never used it. It was pretty nice! I also took a hot bath, with epsom salt. It all felt amazing and totally relaxing.

Then on day two, I took another :) I did some easy stretches this time while soaking. It is a 2 person tub, so lots of room to stretch out.

All felt great. Very relaxing and soothing. emoticon
