Week 2 Phase 2 Day 1
I did very well the past two days, yet I'm up a bit... It must be water retention, I've not eaten enough to gain FAT... I really hate fluctuations.
So.. protein phase. Today I had egg whites and spinach cooked in veggie broth, organic, of course, lunch is chicken and mixed greens, dinner will be the stuffed mushrooms recipe in her book, and snacks are chicken and turkey jerky... I thought I did so great finding the jerky, No nitrates, no preservatives, no artificial ingredients, sliced from solid turkey breast meat, minimally processed... but it's got SOY SAUCE and CORN SYRUP in it! Grrr... it didn't mention that on the website. :/ oh well, I shall eat very little of it and hope for the best.
I skipped the turkey jerky today, snacks today are 1/2 of a beef patty each time.
back down on the scales.
I hate fluctuations.
