Half hour on the treadmill last night, which was pretty good since I went in there telling myself I was only doing 10 minutes.

I love my yard and gardens and I love mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Lots of good exercise there.

I didn't do any exercise the first day. I took a nap! I think it's all the carbs in the morning. No protein until lunch which was around 1:00 for me.

Did 2 miles of Leslie Sansone on Day 2.

I'm not sure if I'll make Curves this morning for the Jillian Michaels class. It depends on what the weather is at 8am. Meanwhile, I've been to the park walking measured miles on the 1st & second as well as a Curves WO the 3rd and 4th.

In other words, the exercise phase is kicking in!

I do Leslie Sansone walking workouts x2 per week, Curves 2 - 3x per week (travel inhibits more).

Last Monday I did elliptical but my knee hurt after 5 minutes, so moved to the bike for the rest of my cardio. Also did Pilates.

Tuesday I started aquatic physical therapy for my knee. After PT I can swim laps in the pool. It's amazing to swim laps again. Did 30 minutes.

swim spa sounds fantastic!

We have a pond that we like to swim in, though I havent yet this year. My niece did yesterday though. We got lots of rain last night, so it is probably cold again now

I installed a swim spa last year. It's great. After a long day of work and organizing, I got into the pool and did exercises, then swam for a half hour. It was great!.

Took my little one for a brisk 30 min walk. Me in my sneakers and new blister, she in her little push car. I'm afraid I disturbed the whole park community because wow that little plastic car makes some terrible noise on the pavement!

Last week, I did a little tabata on my elliptical, along with just some short sessions. I think I only did about 30 minutes. That would have been day 1, and my head was sort of starting to pound.

I intend to push mow part of my yard for at least 30 - 60 minutes today. Will ride the rest. That is some resistance training too. Not sure how that would count, but it needs done. emoticon

I was going to ride my bike to work this morning, but it was raining! I swim and ride my bike. I am going to get back into walking. I had bunion surgery last spring to make this easier. I did 4 marathons in the past (walking), but the bunion made even 2 miles too uncomfortable.

My doberman would really appreciate it if I did more walking!
