Thanks M! I am working on overall, complete body, rokstar shape...haha! I am working with a trainer and we do full body interval training with weights and cardio 3-4 days a week, and just cardio 2-3 days a week. I will check the other thread out.
Wow MrsMorris - it doesn't take away the fact that you've done a great workout - phew! Well done.
I didn't realise we were lacking a general workout thread - of which we now have again! So stop by there when you can instead for these workouts and we'll be sure to keep an eye on your progress. Are you working towards any particular muscle group?
