Have a great weekend and use some relaxation time to recuperate in prep for the coming week. I know I just did..........

I went to bed on friday at 9pm and didn't wake til 11am = 14 hrs sleep - golly I knew I was tired but phew!...................

MAY, it will feel a little harder as you progress because your muscles will be getting tighter and changing shape (ie toning up!) so THIS is the time you must push through and not give up, because NOW is when you get those muscles to tone up and change shape!

I will be right with you over the weekend, puppy has gone home now! So you won't be alone in your workout.

My plan is to continue with the intermediate during April and hopefully be able to do the Advance during May!

Well yesterday i did the Int. again geez, I can't believe how hard it is, will continue thru the weekeknd then bump it up to 40 min and something else on the in between days. I love that you guys are so encouraging thanx again,

I'm impressed May, you are making a great start at this and really pushing past your comfort zone, well done............ Harley eh?? - how biker glam is THAT! A good tip for muscles after a workout is to have a small protein drink to help muscles heal and recover.

Which Arm workout did you do - dumbells?

Well I did the int. again, and yesterday I did one of Coach Nicole's arm wokouts!! Yeah for me!! I will be able to wear tank tops when we ride the Harley witout my arms flapping around! I really hate that. ;o)

Well done May - Adapting to suit your abilities is absolutely correct, if you want to rest and do this workout on alternate days - that will be sensible during the early days until your strength improves??

I've done the Intermediate Workout again today - feel ok so far but the tummy/abs is definitely objecting! 2moro will be judgement day!
