Finish Body for Life challenge. 12 weeks running 2/27 thru 5/21 with the goal being to lose however amount of inches and 25lbs.
To continue to work out everyday and keep this activity in my life. No quitting after challenge. Move on to something else that I enjoy. If short term goals not met, start another body for life challenge or find another program I like and continue on.
I have very sick family members on my side - - if you can have it - they do. All self inflicted and due to bad habits and laziness. I am 42 and so far, I have no health issues. My goal is to keep this up and not be like a 70year old woman at the age of 45.
