Short term:

Finish Body for Life challenge. 12 weeks running 2/27 thru 5/21 with the goal being to lose however amount of inches and 25lbs.

Mid term:
To continue to work out everyday and keep this activity in my life. No quitting after challenge. Move on to something else that I enjoy. If short term goals not met, start another body for life challenge or find another program I like and continue on.

Long term:
I have very sick family members on my side - - if you can have it - they do. All self inflicted and due to bad habits and laziness. I am 42 and so far, I have no health issues. My goal is to keep this up and not be like a 70year old woman at the age of 45.

I like these goals ladies, sensible but pushing past that comfort zone and certainly 'do-able'. I'll watch as time goes on and give you all the support I can.

Short term goal - get into a new, healthy routine & start losing weight.

Medium term goal - start feeling like I am going to achieve my long term goal, make good progress with losing weight.

Long term goal - get my BMI where it should be, my BP where it should be and feel worthy of this life I have been blessed with.

Short term goal-

To keep going with one of my workout regimens. I have 3 weeks left and I can see such a huge difference in my abs now because of it and I dont want to start teetering out in the end cause I have a bad habit of starting a challenge and then just slowly dwindling out of it.

Mid term-

I ran my first 5k this past february and it was amazing! There is a half marathon coming up at the end of the year that I would love to practice for and maybe participate in!

Long term-

To continue maintaining my weight, eating healthy and keeping up with this healthy lifestyle of mine so that I dont end up where I once was because I am so happy right now and I want to keep this feeling going!

Short term:

I want to lose 10 more pounds by Christmas.
I want to get my running on track up to 15 miles a week (I've been slacking on this, A LOT)

Mid term:

By March I want to be ready for a 10K, planning on running the St. Patrick's day Road Race

Long Term:
By June 2011: I want to be in a bikini- yes. And working on a half-marathon.

Hello Everyone,
I have been a member of this team for a while but haven't really posted.

Short term goal: 152 by thanksgving ( pre-pregnancy weight)

Mid term goal: 140 by christmas

Long term goal: 125-130 by mid march.. brothers wedding in florida!!

Short Term Goal=I need to focus on my workouts too, seem to have been pushed to the side now i'm working. Got to sort that out.

Mid Term Goal=To lose 8-10 lbs before the 50th wedding anniversary party in November.

Long Term Goals=To be slimmer, healthier and to set a good example to my kids.
