I'm much better at tracking on a paper icon chart taped inside my closet door, and then commenting on my teams periodically so people can cheer me on or give me a swift kick in the butt!

I don't do a lot of 'tracking', but this morning I added a mileage tracker and fitness tracker for strength. I just am not sure if I will remember to add my mileage and fitness each day. I'm going for 20 miles per week, should be a piece of cake for me to average that.

Do you have spark streaks?

I created on for myself for this month challenge to "Rise & Shine"! I just click on my other goals and i track it there... check in the box - if I did a healthy habits that morning ... et voila!
So far, I am doing great! And my streaks are keeping me motivated!
