I don't do a lot of 'tracking', but this morning I added a mileage tracker and fitness tracker for strength. I just am not sure if I will remember to add my mileage and fitness each day. I'm going for 20 miles per week, should be a piece of cake for me to average that.
I created on for myself for this month challenge to "Rise & Shine"! I just click on my other goals and i track it there... check in the box - if I did a healthy habits that morning ... et voila! So far, I am doing great! And my streaks are keeping me motivated!
