Youíve got to stick with it. Change doesnít happen overnightónot meaningful, lasting change. Practice regularly, whether itís leg raises or gratitude exercises or positive affirmations. Make it part of your daily routine if possible.

You need patience (goes hand in hand with the persistence mentioned above). Itís seldom a straight shot to your goal. Youíll have setbacks and hit plateaus. But youíll also have breakthroughs and make great leaps forward. If you feel stuck, donít lose hope.

I recently read in Fitness Journal:

Walking on the treadmill set between 2.0-2.8 burns the most fat. I will have to remember this and then crank up the incline to get a good workout:)
