I took my measurements yesterday and I am down 7.25 inches emoticon and it was in my hips that I lost the most, (I attribute this to my walking) emoticon 2.5 there!!!!! emoticon

I don't know about you but I don't use the scale as the only factor to my success on this journey to better health. Often times the scale doesn't ring true of just what we have done, but the tape measure doesn't lie, and when you feel your clothes hanging loosely you know its working. So I have created this topic so that those of us that measure can share inches lost monthly and if you drop a clothes size and make that discovery please share so we can celebrate with you. emoticon emoticon
