How to do the Quick Fire Challenge:

Example: The challenge is:

15 sit ups!.....GO!



EXAMPLE OF WHAT YOUR POST SHOULD LOOK LIKE:

15 Sit UPS: DONE!

10 Burpies.... GO!!



Please keep the challenges simple. It shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to complete. Have Fun!
