I've got to admit that I figured I was the only one doing this, and I stopped trying. I know that's bad. I stopped logging in and tracking my food. I didn't gain but I didn't lose. Achhhh. So no points for me! I am going to say that I stayed within the calorie range, I usually drank all of my water, I was so so on the veggies and fruits and I exercise every day. No logging in or commenting on blogs.
I know I am supposed to have good reasons to lose weight....to be healthy and all, but I have a high school reunion coming up in one month and my daughter just got engaged (yes, such a proud mama) and I want to lose weight for those two events! Five for the reunion, and at LEAST 15 for the wedding (which is in a year). I just can't get the scale to MOVE.
