I've got to admit that I figured I was the only one doing this, and I stopped trying. I know that's bad. I stopped logging in and tracking my food. I didn't gain but I didn't lose. Achhhh. So no points for me! I am going to say that I stayed within the calorie range, I usually drank all of my water, I was so so on the veggies and fruits and I exercise every day. No logging in or commenting on blogs.

I know I am supposed to have good reasons to lose weight....to be healthy and all, but I have a high school reunion coming up in one month and my daughter just got engaged (yes, such a proud mama) and I want to lose weight for those two events! Five for the reunion, and at LEAST 15 for the wedding (which is in a year). I just can't get the scale to MOVE.

Very frustrated!

Hello Everyone!

Sorry I've been MIA for awhile. These two weeks are always the busiest of the summer. Between baseball and working in my classroom, the days just slip away. I'm leaving again tomorrow for a weekend filled oth baseball. The last one of the season!

Same for me, but did not get all of my water. Oh, and I just realized I did not respond to a blog. Darn! So that is five points. Am not losing weight.....I am trying to lose that five pounds, but then I sabotage myself. Like yesterday, I stayed in my calorie range, but ate huge bag of popcorn for like 700 calories. Now I am dealing with all of that salt and water retention. I am getting in my own way

Wow, I never win anything! Didn't realize the challenge was already done! How about adding a point to what we are already doing for eating a combination of four fruits/veggies? This is a challenge for me! Does that sound ok?

I think you and I were separated at birth. Love carbs, portions are probably bigger than they should be and probably I am not accurately tracking it---maybe if I measured it, that would help. I am trying desperately to drink less Diet Coke and lots more water and that does help. I lost 2 pounds right away but then I had popcorn and put it back on---i think it was the salt (couldn't have been the butter....) I do like this challenge though, as it makes me stay on top of it!

I hear you on the scale! Mine isn't moving either. I was just sure that if I cut out the pop, I would see the scale change. Part of my trouble is carbs and the other part is portion control. I'm going to adjust my diet to low/no carb meals. This will include less processed food. (No spaghetti for awhile.)

5 points. Surprised that I didn't go over in calories. I could have done better there. Sometimes i am harder on myself thinking I blew it but when I track it it turns out better than I thought. I guess that's an upside of tracking!
