Success: Stayed within my calories everyday this week...except for yesterday because it was my "cheat" day, exercised at least 30-50 minutes everyday so far this week, and being a happier and healthier me! :)
Struggles: Cravings for food that I used to eat, portion control, and finding good low calorie meals that I like.
