I think a weekly challenge would be good. A different challenge a week with new challenge each Monday. You could have a thread where we could report progress each day. You could have fitness, food and spiritual challenges at different times.
One of our ladies suggested that we have a weekly challenge that each of us aim to meet. I'm thinking of 4 challenges for the month. Her suggestion was to have one week be to meet our water intake, one week exercise, and another tracking/planning food. I like this idea. I'm not sure what the 4th week could be, but perhaps we could just create our personal goal for that week. I'm also thinking that perhaps we could earn points each day for meeting our goal and a certain amount of points = a goodie.
What are your thoughts? What kind of challenges would y'all like to see or participate in? Some of my teams have monthly fitness minutes challenges. Is that something you would be interested in, in the future or are many of you already involved in challenges similar to that?
Striving to meet goals is an important aspect of growth. I think we all could use the challenge as a way to grow, encourage each other, and push ourselves.
