Well I'm really on week 1 but I can do this so I'm jumping in with you guys! It still takes work since I can do it but that doesn't mean I always do it. So I'm going to go for gold with these goals this week.

Wow - that's upping the anty on cardio. I'll be back with my bike at the end of the week so I'll make sure it happens.
