I love DRPRINCESS' statement - so true! Every little bit helps so don't beat yourself up when things go a little in the other direction. Just keep striving to head in the right direction and it will be a success!

The water-drinking and exercise are never a problem for me! So far this week I've swum an hour, had dance class for an hour, aerobic intervals 30 min and weight training 45 min. Tomorrow I swim again for 90 min. Friday Yoga and Zumba. Normally I have 32 oz of water by noon, about the same before dinner, and a smaller amount between dinner and bed.
The weight loss is harder, but in preparing for my next surgery I'm seeing a naturopath, so even on medicine causing weight gain, I've lost over a pound the last two weeks, so even that is an improvement.
