Discovered Leslie Sansone walking vids-love them. I consistently get in my walks every day. Now, I don't have to stress about the weather or how I feel that day. Also, I can choose exercise routines from 1 mile to 5 miles.

Walked 45 minutes for 3 miles.
Stayed within calorie goal.

My plan for today is to do my 100 count down work out and 1 sparks people video work out.
I am going to try to stay within my calorie limit. My husband is going to BBQ my favorite meat today. I have decided to have a salad with it.
Happy Mothers Day to all the Sparks Moms out there. emoticon

I did my workout and 2 sparks workouts. emoticon

I decided to just enjoy my dinner, it wasn't too much of a cheat. I had BBQ steak, steamed broccoli with garlic salt and butter, green beans, salad, and tomato. I had green jasmine tea to drink. I had a piece of garlic toast. (potato bread toasted) It was good, and I may even have some dessert. I will commit to doing 100 count down workout everyday this week along with 1 sparks work out and my regular gym class. that is the cost of my splurge. I really want to go on a shopping spree at the end of my challenge. I want to be in smaller pants. So far I have seen some toning progress.

I have a new Spark Activity tracker and have been tracking steps and workouts. I find it encourages me to do more, but I still have to track other workouts manually.

worked out at the gym tonight for 90 minutes. Same work out as last night with the count down except for I added a line of steps started at 2 riser high to 6 riser and then back down to two. jumped each step in a row 9 times, once and back counts 1, then jumped each step 10 times before putting them away. I feel like I worked out well tonight. One more day of working out hard and I can have a day off.

I went to the gym tonight and did the count down work out. I also did this work out last night after my lift class. Last night I only did the count down with nothing else.
100 jumping Jacks, 90 lunges on each leg (side to side) 80 jump rope, 70 wall jumps, 60 squats, 50 high knees, 40 knees with crunches, 30 jumping jacks with jump squats, 20 push up, 10 burpies. I did laps around the track between 40, 30, 20
1 minute of bicycle crunches, 1 minutes of side to side planks, 1 lap running, 1 lap jogging 1 lap walking. Then 10 laps around the track, 10 time up and down 14 steps.

10 laps 100 jumping jacks, ran up and down 14 steps 10 time, 150 crunches, stacked 2 steps, 3 steps, 4 steps, 5 steps, 6 steps 5 steps, 4 steps, 3 steps, 2 steps, and then jumped the line 10 times through then jumped each step 10 times before putting each away. That was last night, Today, I did the weight lift class and then step class. After I walked around the Dogwood festival and then ran home in the rain while pushing my grandson in his stroller. He loved the run and said weeee all the way home. I will have to admit it was fun running in the ran with a little boy joyfully laughing and calling out Weeeeeee. emoticon

Ran 10 laps, ran up and down 14 steps 10 times. did 100 jumping jacks, 150 crunches and about 3 minutes of jump rope. Also did some fun exercises with my pre-k class.

60 minute work out at the gym in class. 20 laps walking around the perimeter of the pay area at work.
I didn't log in on Saturday or Sunday but I worked in the back yard in the grandbabies play area digging out weeds for about an hour, Sunday I pulled weeds out of the lava rock in the front yard for about an hour. It was not easy.

Walked 53 minutes for 2.5 miles
Today was a great diet day. It is getting a easier as time goes on. Tomorrow is another opportunity to get it right.

Today I ran around the playground for 10 lap. The children wanted to know why I was running so I told them I owed myself 10 laps for eating chocolate. They all know how much I love chocolate! Usually they will run with me, but today they were involved in other things. I walked after I ran until I had used up 10 minutes.
I worked out at they gym for 60 minutes, then came home an did a 10 minute workout with Coach Nichole. Total of 80 minutes for the day. I am not sue if house work count that.

Walked for 35 minutes - 1.6 miles
Met calorie goal for the day
I may not be losing weight as fast as I want, but at least, I'm developing lifelong habits that will keep me healthy.

Wii fit for 31 minutes
Ok with calorie count today, but dealing with a food hangover from yesterday's overage of calories. I've learned one thing:

Nothing tastes as good as thin feels

I just can't believe I ate that way before changing my eating habits. I'm not sure I can go back to that way of eating because it zaps your energy and makes thinking clearly difficult.

Glad I joined Sparkpeople and this team.

worked out 60 minutes in class, and 30 minutes on my own
then did a lot of walking while shopping, not sure if the walking counts, but my feet are sure feeling the walking
