60 minute work out at the gym in class. 20 laps walking around the perimeter of the pay area at work.
I didn't log in on Saturday or Sunday but I worked in the back yard in the grandbabies play area digging out weeds for about an hour, Sunday I pulled weeds out of the lava rock in the front yard for about an hour. It was not easy.

Today I ran around the playground for 10 lap. The children wanted to know why I was running so I told them I owed myself 10 laps for eating chocolate. They all know how much I love chocolate! Usually they will run with me, but today they were involved in other things. I walked after I ran until I had used up 10 minutes.
I worked out at they gym for 60 minutes, then came home an did a 10 minute workout with Coach Nichole. Total of 80 minutes for the day. I am not sue if house work count that.

Ok with calorie count today, but dealing with a food hangover from yesterday's overage of calories. I've learned one thing:

Nothing tastes as good as thin feels

I just can't believe I ate that way before changing my eating habits. I'm not sure I can go back to that way of eating because it zaps your energy and makes thinking clearly difficult.

Glad I joined Sparkpeople and this team.

worked out 60 minutes in class, and 30 minutes on my own
then did a lot of walking while shopping, not sure if the walking counts, but my feet are sure feeling the walking

Awesome workout today. 60 minute lift at the gym (class) 10 minute jump rope(sparkspeople) 14 minute Bollywood Burn (sparkspeople) 84 minutes total. I also did jumping jack squat jumps with my pre-k class. The loved it. The girls did better that the boys. emoticon

My granddaughters 6th birthday was today. I was at the park with her for at least 2 hours. I can't really say I worked out, but I was on my feet moving around chasing after little ones and making sure everyone was having fun and getting enough cake and other food.
I made today my cheat day rather than yesterday, because all my choices were healthy no garbage food and under the allotted amount of calories that I could eat on a cheat day, today I ate cake and not just one piece. I had 2 because it was so delicious and chocolate. yum.
I am going to try and get a cardio workout in later tonight if I can find the energy.

Did 60 jumping jacks and 60 high knee with crunches on each knee, while playing at recess with Pre-K class. Did a 45 minute work out with Charlene Johnson Turbo Jam. Felt really good. I could feel the calories melting off of me.

3/22 Went out of town, (shopping at the mall) Not sure exactly how far,but a lot, and other stores. And even with being out I ate good (Friday no meat too) and drank all my water

Day 3,walked 2 1/2 miles, and drank all my water, But I did bad today, my daughter is home from college on Spring break ( I have been doing well, so far all week) but last night we went out and I didn't eat good emoticon I know that this won't make up, but I hadn't had time to eat so the bad meal that I had was eating for the day. And no it wasn't a buffet.

Per your advice and comments, I have created this forum. Here, you can track your eating habits and fitness. You can also give healthy recipes or exercise ideas.

Keep in mind that only 3 additional forums can be created (not including General Discussion and Introduction.) so we have one more free forum if you guys have more ideas. I'm thinking it will be a challenge/game forum.
