It has bothered me that for the last 33 days, I haven't lost any weight. The exercise and eating have balanced each other (as far as weight loss goes). Pants aren't fitting any looser. It amazes me that I am only 20 lbs away from my weight goal, and yet I keep sabotaging myself by overeating.
I'm that person that eats when she's bored, when she's studying, for celebrations, etc. Well, it's finally hit me that I will always be this way until I realize that mental preparation and focus truly play a big part in this. I HAVE TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN!! The weight won't just fall off if I don't add consistent healthy eating along with working out.
So for the next 27 days, I will remain focused for this challenge. And hopefully after this first set of 60 days, I will begin another 60 day challenge to teach myself healthy habits.
Long story short, transitioning into a healthy lifestyle is hard. We all have our habits. However, it is not impossible! And once we acquire these habits, NOTHING CAN STOP US!!
