This is week 4 and it's around this time that motivation can start slipping through the cracks. Well, KEEP PUSHING!! Don't worry about the scale plateauing or whatever else may discourage you. This is a lifestyle change, so we should focus on incorporating these healthy eating and fitness habits into our lives permanently!!
