My motivation is to finally achieve a healthy weight and lifestyle. I don't want to become a crippled old lady.
My motivation is to get healthy, lose weight, and get off prescription drugs. I want to be around long beyond the age of 65. Most of all, I'm motivated by living life to the fullest with no regrets.
Don't try harder-do harder!

What about mini challenges like 300 fitness minutes one week, or a toning challenge like push ups/squats/crunches challenge?

I agree with AFOOT, twice a week will keep me on my toes!

I need a twice a week kick in the pants e-mail to keep me going and focused. I also enjoy motivational pictures.

Never say you didn't have enough time: You have the same amount of time that was given to Helen Keller, Albert Einstein, William Shakespeare, Julius Caesar, Winston Churchill.

Once a week emails work for me, weekly goals have been right on for me (even if I'm having a bad day or week) I like seeing various links, but I also read best of spark daily.

This is week 4 and it's around this time that motivation can start slipping through the cracks. Well, KEEP PUSHING!! Don't worry about the scale plateauing or whatever else may discourage you. This is a lifestyle change, so we should focus on incorporating these healthy eating and fitness habits into our lives permanently!!
*** If anyone has ANY IDEAS for motivation, please let me know. Should I send more emails or upload more links? Are photos and other visuals better for team motivation? Please, leave your feedback so we can improve the team and the tactics that we use to help motivate one another!!
