I'm ready. Had to get settled in my head what I wanted to accomplish with this team. But I am cooking now. My goal is to track all my meals. I'm a big one for secrecy when it comes to food so just to be honest in tracking will be a big accomplishment. And drink 6 glasses of water a day.

I'm so excited for all of us! I've just planned out my meals for tomorrow, and I will try not to deviate from them.) I also have my workout plan set up. I will allow my fitness and nutrition reports to be visible in order to be held accountable and to let others see my slip ups and, hopefully, how I push through them.
