I'm ready. Had to get settled in my head what I wanted to accomplish with this team. But I am cooking now. My goal is to track all my meals. I'm a big one for secrecy when it comes to food so just to be honest in tracking will be a big accomplishment. And drink 6 glasses of water a day.

Hey guys!!

For most of us, this challenge starts tomorrow!! Make sure you check out the weekly announcements and links. Feel free to post links that you feel are both helpful and relevant to the team! (If you just want to post links or information, feel free to insert that information in one of the forums!!!)

I'm so excited for all of us! I've just planned out my meals for tomorrow, and I will try not to deviate from them.) I also have my workout plan set up. I will allow my fitness and nutrition reports to be visible in order to be held accountable and to let others see my slip ups and, hopefully, how I push through them.
