I'm so excited for all of us! I've just planned out my meals for tomorrow, and I will try not to deviate from them.) I also have my workout plan set up. I will allow my fitness and nutrition reports to be visible in order to be held accountable and to let others see my slip ups and, hopefully, how I push through them.
