Yes, to answer the question, I encourage everyone to enter the amount of exercise they accomplished for the day, doesn't matter how much, Big or Small, it all counts as moving these bodies of ours,

I've walked 2 1/4 miles today. Decided to walk to church and back with a few extra blocks each way. I plan to walk at least 3/4 miles more
