well, yesterday I finish bring up the wood from down stairs....I am glad that is over with.....drink 2 qt. of water and then all most another 2 qts. last night....I walked up the stairs about 10 times....what a work out I had....sore but not bad !!!! emoticon then I ate some tuna fish cass. last night with an apples.....still the same weight for the last 3 weeks.. emoticon but the best thing is my clothes are all lose on me !!!!! that is what I like the best....

Sorry I didn't get this posted yesterday. I get very busy and am not able to get on here sometimes. OK, 11/26/13. 9-8oz glasses of water, 30 minutes of walking (6500 steps), 9 vegetables, 1 fruit, 20 squats, and I stayed in my calorie range for the day. Woo Hoo, feeling motivated!

2 qt. of water today that is how much I drink in the morning and then I drink about 2 more qt. walkup the steps about 8 times bring up wood....

I would think it's just water as you have to drink 2-8oz. cups of water to counter the affect of the caffeine in each, but I could be wrong.

Knock 8 Pins + Add 20 min walk + 10 modified push ups = Spare
*Knock 7 Pins + Add 20 min walk + 10 modified push ups + 10 squats = Spare
Knock 6 Pins + Add 20 min walk + 10 modified push ups + 10 squats + 10 Calf Raises = Spare
Knock 5 Pins + Add 20 min walk + 10 modified push ups + 10 squats + 10 Calf Raises + 10 modified crunches of your choice = Spare

If you "knock down" between 1 and 9 pins, you get that number of points (unless you earn the spare) 1-9 pts

A spare is 10.

The new challenge, we will try this for a couple weeks and see how it goes. The goal is to try to get a strike everyday, and then by Sunday you would have a perfect score. There are lots of ways to get a strike. Hope you like it and let me know what you think:

Pin 1. Meeting your water intake for the day. (8 glasses)

Hi team,

I am back as a team lead and will continue to do the 5 lb club. When you have moved up you can message me and I will pass it on to the team. As of now this will be the only thing I am doing as a team lead until I finish the BLC. Then I will come back slowly, because I was getting burnt out trying to do everything. So it is good advice that when you are ready to make a change in your life, take it slow so that you don't overdo it and wind up giving up because you took on to much. If you realize that you took on to much, just back away from some things it is ok. I am glad to be back and handling this. I will get a new challenge posted soon!
