2 days left and I need 4 hours to break the 1000 minutes. I am looking at failing. Maybe I can push myself to do 4 hours this weekend. Which means tomorrow for I generally do nothing but teach and preach on Sunday. You know, The one to two hours a week thing. LOL

It's very encouraging to see how hard we are all working in the fitness area. My goals for this week are 60 fitness minutes daily Monday through Friday. 3/25 - 60 out three times to shovel snow. 3/26 - 90 3/27 - 120 long walk 3/28 - 60 2/29 - 60 I keep looking for that perfect balance of work and rest.
