2 days left and I need 4 hours to break the 1000 minutes. I am looking at failing. Maybe I can push myself to do 4 hours this weekend. Which means tomorrow for I generally do nothing but teach and preach on Sunday. You know, The one to two hours a week thing. LOL

I am using the treadmill 31 minutes Monday through Friday and plan to increase it April 1st. No joking! My back is getting stronger so I should be able to increase it as time goes by.
3/25-3.5 miles, yoga, strength training
3/26- 5 miles, strength training
3/27- 7 miles
3/28-planning to do another 7 miles
I don't need easy. I just need possible!!
I guess I confused people by starting a new thread for the last week of March. How would you all like to do this . One thread per week or one thread per month?
My goal is to walk 30 minutes and do an exercise video 3 x's this week.
I think I can. I know I can. I will.

3/24 - I did Leslie Sansone's 1 Mile Walk The Walk DVD.
My goal for this week is to do one of Leslie Sansone's 1 Mile DVD's daily.

slow and steady
It's very encouraging to see how hard we are all working in the fitness area.
My goals for this week are 60 fitness minutes daily Monday through Friday.
3/25 - 60 out three times to shovel snow.
3/26 - 90
3/27 - 120 long walk
3/28 - 60
2/29 - 60
I keep looking for that perfect balance of work and rest. Best wishes to you all : )
