I joined SP on March, 23, 2012. I didn't post very much at first but now it's a lot more.
I usually only have time in the evening to get on the computer for awhile. I work part time on two different jobs and I babysit my grandchildren five days a week.
I have to laugh at myself because I "retired" five years ago.

Posting is a great way to keep in touch with team members.

I am on Sparks different times of day depending on work schedule. Not sure on posting- that varies on days. I joined on May 12, 2009. I think I post more now than when I started.

I think we are alone in this one 4K! According to SparkPeople, I joined in 2008 but I have no recollection of doing so. As far as I'm concerned, I joined earlier this year. The longer I am a member, the more time I spend on the site. Unless I'm running behind, I go onto the computer about 6 am and start logging in some of my data (day's weight, day's blood pressure, planning meals for the day, etc.) Sometimes I go into my e-mail and start checking Spark messages and that is when I start posting messages. If I do that in the morning or right after lunch's log in of nutrients, I find myself on the computer for most of the morning/afternoon and I don't get things done. I prefer to come on after my log of dinner nutrients and the filling in of goals and challenges in the evening. But, with my sleep apnea I don't always get around to answering all of the e-mail notices - I tend to nod off now and then - tonight I've been on for hours and my sister who is visiting is playing solitaire - we've both been dozing off and on all evening! I do come on daily however as I have a lot of information to log (nutrients, weight, BP, goal participation, exercise, nutrition and exercise notes, etc.). I do find I have an awful lot to say each post and hope I'm not boring those reading!!

How long have you been a Spark People member? Do you post more now or less than when you first started?
Do you spark mostly in the morning, evening or at odd times throughout the day.
How many posts have you done as of today|?

Sometimes it amazes me how much I have posted. Other times I may go 2 or 3 days without posting anything.
