I think we are alone in this one 4K! According to SparkPeople, I joined in 2008 but I have no recollection of doing so. As far as I'm concerned, I joined earlier this year. The longer I am a member, the more time I spend on the site. Unless I'm running behind, I go onto the computer about 6 am and start logging in some of my data (day's weight, day's blood pressure, planning meals for the day, etc.) Sometimes I go into my e-mail and start checking Spark messages and that is when I start posting messages. If I do that in the morning or right after lunch's log in of nutrients, I find myself on the computer for most of the morning/afternoon and I don't get things done. I prefer to come on after my log of dinner nutrients and the filling in of goals and challenges in the evening. But, with my sleep apnea I don't always get around to answering all of the e-mail notices - I tend to nod off now and then - tonight I've been on for hours and my sister who is visiting is playing solitaire - we've both been dozing off and on all evening! I do come on daily however as I have a lot of information to log (nutrients, weight, BP, goal participation, exercise, nutrition and exercise notes, etc.). I do find I have an awful lot to say each post and hope I'm not boring those reading!!
