Hi Candoit 54 - Glad to be your buddy - Day 1 One hour watrer aeroics and some water walking today - Starting a log of what I eat today as well - I know my downfall is food - Plan to get it under control - We will do it with each others support and cheerleading
I need a buddy for this challenge - Great idea to have someone to be accountable to as well as challenge you to do what needs to be done- I am game if anyone is interested - I am 73 and quire active but have a tenant to slip than catch up I want to break this bad habit -
This Challenge starts one week from today --- on Monday August 5th
This challenge is for teams of 2 buddies
The goal is to see which 2 man team can achieve the most fitness minutes during the month from 8/5 to 9/5.
Each buddy must record their own minutes each day in our team goals section that will be set up for you.
If you want to join and need a buddy post here to let everyone know.
You can have a buddy from another Spark Team join our team just for the challenge.
You must give your team a name and use it for posting in this topic.
You can walk, run, jump, bike ....indoors or outdoors....anything you like as long as it is for fitness .
Since I am going in for surgery this week I will not be able to join this challenge but I will be here to follow you all . Have fun with this and for those who will not join in please know that there will be more buddy challenges in the near future.
