Yesterday, banana, grapes, mixed veggies
Some vegetables have more carbs and calories than others. It's always a good idea to educate yourself about your fruits and vegetables. I love bananas and sweet potatoes...I think that is because of their sweetness. I have to be careful not to overdue them.
I don't have any trouble eating enough fruits and vegetables but the problem is I seem to like the wrong ones.
I like corn,potatoes and peas but these are starchy vegetables.
I could eat watermelon all day long but I guess you can get too much of a good thing.
My all time favorite vegetable is lima beans.

This is The 30 Days Challenge of Fruits & Veggiesa good challenge for beginners and those of us who need to add more fruits and vegetables to our eating plan:
Work your way up to eating a fruit or vegetable at every meal (for at least 5 servings a day). Fruits and veggies fill you up for minimal calories and have disease-fighting nutrients. Generally, the more vivid the color, the more nutrient-dense they are.
.....and please share your tips for adding more fruit and/or veggies with us
