I have a treadmill and my goal is to walk on it every day of the week that I do not do Aquafit exercises - so that would be Mon, Wed and Fri's. Not so good this week - I skipped Monday because I didn't feel like it, and missed Aquafit today because of medical appointments and then didn't feel like doing the treadmill. I will try harder tomorrow.
When I first started a couple of weeks ago, I could only go at a speed of .9 for 10 mins, rest for 10 and go another 10. Last week I had it up to a speed of 1.3 for 10 mins, rest for 10 and go another 12. I want to get my speed up to 2.1 and go for 30 mins without a rest. We'll see if my heart can take it in my current condition. Might depend on the result of today's medical test.
