There is no doubt about it that reducing the amount of unhealthy carbs you eat will help you lose weight. Yet it is most often the hardest to cut back on.
This challenge is to help us reduce our daily carb intake with small steps of 5% - 10% at a time.
If you track your nutrition you know exactly how many carbs you are eating right now. Start with that number, reduce it by to 10% per day. If you are a real carb addict then start with just 5%. Don't set yourself up for failure with unrealistic numbers.
