Get Off Your Butt Challenge
This challenge is about moving your butt! LOL Do some kind of exercise, doesn't matter what, but something for a solid 10 minutes. It can be strength training, walking, aerobics, biking, doesn't matter. You pick the exercise, do at least 10 minutes and post here what you did and for how long!!
